Add contents of Mississippi Delta Tomato Basil Soup Mix to broth. Add tomato puree and brown sugar. Bring to a simmer for 20 minutes, covered. Reduce heat before slowly stirring in cream. Continue cooking on low heat for 5 minutes and serve!
