Keep Refrigerated Or Frozen. Thaw In Refrigerator Or Microwave. Keep Raw Meat And Poultry Separate From Other Foods. Wash Working Surfaces (Including Cutting Boards), Utensils, And Hands After Touching Raw Meat Or Poultry. Cook Thoroughly. Keep Hot Foods Hot. Refrigerate Leftovers Immediately Or Discard.- Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove thawed chicken from plastic packaging and place in oven-safe baking dish. Bake, covered with aluminum foil for 30 minutes. Remove aluminum foil and continue baking about 45 minutes, or until internal chicken temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from oven and let rest, covered for about 10 minutes before carving and serving.
