Farms producing FARMHOUSE EGGS are certified for organic production in accordance with the stringent requirements of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). Our hens are raised in cage-free houses with areas dedicated to bathing and preening, perches for roosting, with secure, comfortable nests. Protected outside areas accompany the hens’ living quarters for safe outdoor activities. No hormones are used with any laying hens and no antibiotics are ever added to our organic feed. Our eggs come in fully recyclable polyethylene terephthalate (PET), or biodegradable pulp paper cartons depending on where you live.
