On family-owned farms in the mountainous rainforest of Matagalpa, Nicaragua, they’ve been growing 100% SHG Arabica coffee beans for five generations. Coffee is then exported from Nicaragua to Austin, Texas, where each batch is roasted with special attention and then carefully processed to preserve its full body, bright acidity and exceptional aroma.
