Each side features a different color: one side of the cutting board is white; the reverse is a midnight granite pattern. Use one side for chipping and preparing fruits and vegetables and the reverse for meats and seafood. Two distinct colors make it easy to color code your cutting tasks and avoid cross contamination. A full wraparound grip edge prevents the board from slipping, while a juice well on both sides keeps counters clean. The integrated hand grip makes it easy to flip and turn the board, or for hanging storage. Made from durably poly, this cutting board is resistant to splintering, warping, cracking or peeling.
