Keep Refrigerated or Frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.- Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place frozen chicken thighs in a lightly oiled pan. Bake 15 minutes, turn chicken thighs and cook an additional 15 minutes or until your meat thermometer inserted in the thickest part of the chicken reads 165°F.
Skillet: Heat 1 Tbsp vegetable oil per chicken thigh in large skillet over medium-high heat. Place the frozen chicken thighs into the skillet, reduce heat to medium, cover and cook 12 minutes. Turn chicken thighs, cover and cook an additional 12 minutes or until your meat thermometer inserted in the thickest part of the chicken reads 165°F.
Grill: Brush grill rack with vegetable oil. Prepare grill so the heat is medium-high. Place frozen chicken thighs on rack directly over fire; cover and cook for 9 minutes. Turn chicken thighs and cover again. Cook for 9 - 10 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted in the thickest part of the chicken reads 165°F.
