Citrucel Fiber Powder for Occasional Constipation Relief is a clinically proven fiber therapy that gently (2) helps relieve occasional constipation. Each rounded tablespoon of this fiber drink mix contains 2 grams methylcellulose, 80 mg calcium and 110 mg potassium. Adults and children 12 years of age and older may take 1 rounded tablespoon at a time of this fiber powder, up to three times daily, and children ages 6 to 11 years may take 2.5 level teaspoons up to three times daily. Simply add the appropriate dose of this water soluble fiber powder to at least 8 ounces of water or juice, stir briskly and drink promptly.
