A cooler-than-normal January led growers to adjust their pruning decisions, leaving more buds per spur. Bud break in the spring surprised growers with a healthy number of surviving buds, despite cooler temperatures. A hot July made up for a slow start to the growing season, resulting in beautifully developed fruit by harvest. This medium-bodied Riesling is beautifully balanced with a burst of in-your-face flavor. You can’t escape the floral and white peach aromas that fill your senses.
