Our sardines are harvested just off the coast of the Galician Region of Spain - widely known as the World's Capital of Conservas. After harvesting, each sardine fillet is carefully hand-packed into tins with Spanish extra virgin olive oil, cayenne pepper, cucumber, carrot, and bay leaf, perfect to enjoy on its own or atop crostini.
