Description

The Blue Mountains in Eastern Jamaica stretch for 30 miles, all the way from Stony Hill to the Caribbean Sea. Due to the mountainous terrain, it can take up to 5 years for a tree to produce coffee cherries, but it’s well worth the wait. Growing at an elevation of 3,000 – 5,000 feet, this limited crop of beans are blue-green in color and yield a fair acidity, an intense aroma, a good body and a clean taste.
