Peas are legumes. People with severe allergies to legumes like peanuts should be cautious when introducing pea protein into their diet because of the possibility of a pea allergy. Contains no peanuts or tree nuts.- Storage and Prep: Heat from frozen. Heat until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Do not overcook. Heating times may vary as equipment varies.
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place frozen patties on tray and cook for about 8 mins, flipping halfway.
Skillet or Griddle: Heat skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Place frozen patties in skillet/griddle and heat until caramelized, about 2 minutes per side (4 - 5 minutes total).
Not Recommended: Microwave, Boiling, Deep Frying. Do not consume raw.
