Benefiber On The Go stick packs are daily fiber powder supplements that come in conveniently pre-measured, single-serving unflavored fiber packets of powder, making it easy to add fiber to your diet wherever you go. For ages 12 and older, mix the contents of a prebiotic powder stick pack into a non-carbonated beverage or soft food and stir well until fully dissolved, up to three times daily. For ages 6 to 11, use one half stick pack up to three times daily.
