We reject the notion that pasta has to be a guilty pleasure. By making pasta from chickpeas instead of wheat, we've discovered that pasta can be as healthy as it is delicious. It's safe to say pasta will never be the same again!

Protein: Banza (14 g); traditional pasta (7 g). Fiber: Banza (8 g); traditional pasta (2 g). Net Carbs: Banza (24 g); traditional pasta (40 g). Net carbs = total carbs - fiber. Preparation Instructions

1. Bring at least 8 cups salted water to a rolling boil. 2. Add Banza and stir immediately 3. Cook to desired firmness, stirring occasionally. Approx. 9-11 mins. 4. Strain, rinse, and enjoy with your favorite sauce!
