Angels & Cowboys Sparkling Brut is crafted using grapes from our favorite vineyards in Northern California. It's a wine to celebrate and to celebrate with, made from iconic Champagne varieties Pinot Noir and Chardonnay using the Méthode Traditionelle. It exhibits notes of golden delicious apple, citrus blossom and fragrant toasted brioche along with enduring bubbles.
