Made with organic rice pasta. Gluten free. Family owned since 1988. No genetically engineered ingredients. No GMOs. Amy loves our mac & cheese, but some of her friends, like many Amy's customers, are not able to eat it because they are gluten intolerant. So we decided to create a dish that does not include any wheat, and searched until we found a macaroni-style pasta made from organic rice. Then we covered the tender rice pasta with the same smooth cheese sauce that has made our mac & cheese so popular, and came up with this great-tasting meal for all our customers to eat and enjoy.

Contains milk. Individuals with food allergies: this product is made in a facility that also processes foods containing wheat, soy, tree nuts and seeds (including sunflower seeds). In addition to gluten testing, strict allergen control measures are implemented at all levels of production. Amy's kitchen does not use any peanuts, fish, shellfish or eggs.- Directions: ovens may vary microwave oven remove overwrap. Place tray on a microwave-safe plate. Cook on high for 3 minutes. Stir. Cook on high for 1-2 more minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove overwrap. Place tray on a baking sheet. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Toaster woven: Remove overwrap and tray. Place in an oven-safe dish. Follow conventional oven directions. Perishable. Keep frozen.
