Accusharp 2 Step Knife Sharpener
- Directions: 1. Rest sharpener on a sturdy flat surface. 2. Insert knife into coarse slot at a 90 degrees angle to the sharpener as shown here. 3. Gently with light pressure pull the knife blade straight back. (heavy pressure may cause one to lose control of knife and cause injury. 4. Repeat this action until blade is sharp. Maintenance: The Sharp N Easy ceramic two stage sharpener should be cleaned using a small brush when rods should be cleaned using a small brush when rods become marked with metal shavings.
