Description
The cold IPA is a refreshing and hop forward brew that balances the crispness of a lager with the big fruit flavors found in IPAs. Fermented with our house ale yeast at a colder temperature, this beer offers a crisp & clean base that allows the hops to shine. This hop blend provides a pleasant bitterness with notes of blueberry, pineapple, citrus, kiwi and peach, rounded out with a light bready backbone from a touch of Vienna malt.
