Highlights

Description

Switzerland Swiss Cheese is a younger, milder version of the famous Emmentaler Swiss cheese, the famous cheese recognized for its holes. Still made in Switzerland, Switzerland Swiss boasts a milder, more accessible flavor profile, creamier texture and is ideal for snacking, sandwiches, cheese boards with fruits, buts, and cured meats, and melted into everyday cooking dishes. As part of the Swiss family of cheeses, it's a fantastic melter- simply superb in any dish that requires melted cheese, such as gratins, casseroles, grilled cheese sandwiches, burgers, pasta, and egg dishes. A sublime melter- it is a great ingredient for Swiss cheese fondue!
