4 roma tomato, chopped
2 Tbsp H-E-B Chopped Red Onions
4 H-E-B Garlic Cloves, chopped
1/4 cup(s) fresh basil, chopped
1/3 cup(s) H-E-B Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsp H-E-B Red Wine Vinegar
1 Tsp salt
1 H-E-B French Baguette

Instructions

Heat oven to 450 degrees °F.

Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.

In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, 2 teaspoons of chopped garlic, 2 tablespoons chopped basil, 2 tablespoons olive oil, red wine vinegar, and salt; toss to coat ingredients.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes or more.

Combine remaining garlic, basil, and olive oil in a small bowl and set aside.

Cut the bread into 1/4-inch slices and place on prepared baking sheet.

Brush bread with the oil mixture and save remaining oil mixture.

Bake on center oven rack for 5 minutes.

Remove from oven and turn bread slices over and brush with remaining oil mixture and bake for 5 more minutes.

Spoon 1 tablespoon of the chilled tomato mixture on top of each slice of bruschetta and serve.
