Recipe makes 6 Servings

1 Tbsp La Tourangelle Toasted Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp fresh garlic, zested or minced
1 cup(s) H-E-B Smoked Ham Center Slices, diced small
1/2 cup(s) fresh pineapple, diced
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1/4 cup(s) mirin
1/3 cup(s) soy sauce or tamari, plus more as needed for seasoning
5 Oz H-E-B Organics Julienned Carrots
8 Oz fresh mung bean sprouts
1/2 cup(s) green onions, chopped fine

In a large saute pan add sesame oil, garlic and ham stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes before adding pineapple, stir fry 3 to 4 more minutes.
Whisk together corn starch, mirin and soy sauce until corn starch is dissolved add to pan and cook until just thick.
Add carrots, bean sprouts, green onions. Stir fry another 2 to 4 minutes.just to coat in sauce.
Continue to cook until liquid is slightly reduced. Season to taste with more soy sauce as needed.
Serve over rice, garnish as desired.
