Unsaved Sparkling Strawberry Jalapeño Margarita Mocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Coarse Kosher Salt
  • 1 tsp Cane sugar
  • 4 Medium limes, juiced, a few slices reserved for garnish and rimming glasses
  • 1/2 Small jalapeño peppers, reserve 4 slices for garnish and chop remainder
  • 12 fl oz Fresh Squeezed Strawberry Lemonade
  • 1/2 tsp Angostura Orange Bitters
  • 3 oz Simple Syrup
  • 12 fl oz H‑E‑B 1877 Lime Mineral Water

Instructions

  1. Pour salt and sugar onto a small flat plate and mix together with a fork. Rub a slice of lime on rim of serving glasses then dip top edge into salt mixture. Set aside.
  2. Add chopped jalapeños to a cocktail shaker and fill halfway with ice. Add strawberry lemonade, lime juice, orange bitters and simple syrup. Cover and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
  3. Remove lid and strain equally into glasses. Float mineral water on top of strawberry jalapeño mixture and stir gently.
  4. Garnish with very thinly sliced lime if desired.
