Unsaved Garden Spinach Dip Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 slices Bacon
  • 2 Everything Bagels
  • 4 Large eggs, beaten
  • 2 tbsp Deli Spinach Dip
  • 2 tbsp Cream cheese
  • 2 slices Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Place bacon strips in a medium pan over medium heat. Fry 3 minutes, flip and fry an additional 2 minutes or to desired crispness. Set bacon aside on paper towels to drain.
  2. Meanwhile, split bagels and toast in a toaster.
  3. Heat a medium non-stick sauté pan over medium heat for 4 minutes. When pan is warm, add eggs and scramble 3 minutes or until no longer runny. Remove from heat and set aside briefly.
  4. Mix spinach dip and cream cheese in a small bowl. Spread 1/2 of mixture on bottom half of each bagel. Top with cooked bacon, scrambled eggs, cheese, and top half of bagels.
