
Creamy Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes with Bacon

Ingredients
- 8 oz Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese
- 4 slices Oscar Mayer Center Cut Bacon
- 1 tsp Chicken Bouillon Powder
- 1 head Garlic
- 1 tsp Oil
- 2 lb Yukon Gold Potatoes
- 1/4 cup Parsley
- 2 tbsp Milk
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375°F.
- Cut 1/4-inch-thick slice off top of garlic head to expose tops of cloves. Then place garlic, cut side up, on sheet of foil. Drizzle with oil and wrap in foil. Place in shallow pan.
- Roast for 45 min. or until garlic is tender. Cool slightly.
- Meanwhile, cook potatoes in large saucepan of boiling water 20 min. or until tender and then drain. Return potatoes to pan.
- Squeeze garlic cloves to remove roasted garlic. Add to potatoes along with remaining ingredients.
- Beat with mixer until desired consistency. Top with bacon.
