Description
Fondly referred to as 'Pét Nat' by natural wine lovers around the world, this style of wine stands for 'naturally a little sparkling'. Because the wine finishes its winemaking process while the bottle is sealed, the wine is fizzy, unfiltered, and a highly textured. Chill this wine well to tame the unpredictable fizziness upon opening.
Citrusy passion fruit, with an overall tropical and red fruit aroma medley. Mandarin orange mingles with a lime-y mineral aroma. The palate feels chalky and nicely dry, but still gushing with and mouth-watering citrus and a red apply-raspberry punch-like flavor. Light-bodied. Pair with meatballs and other Italian dishes, soft/fresh cheeses, and spicy foods that pack some heat.

ABV: 12.5%
Varietals: 50% Mourvèdre, 45% Cinsault, 5% Carignan
Aging: Fermented in concrete for 32 days. Lots aged separately for 2 months before bottling. Undisgorged.
