Description
This attractive amber-hued Weihenstephaner Non-alcoholic tastes like a premium Bavarian wheat beer should: effervescent, fresh and full-bodied with nuances of cloves and honey complemented by a fine yeast note. An especially gentle dealcoholization process allows Weihenstephaner Non-alcoholic to retain its pristine, authentic flavor. The unique wheat beer taste is achieved by a method developed in collaboration with the Technical University of Munich-Weihenstephan: the top fermentation is not interrupted and the beer has the entire time to mature. Only after the full development the alcohol is withdrawn gently. Weihenstephaner Non-alcoholic contains fewer calories and is a good companion to light summer dishes, sweet and sour dishes or fruit sorbets.
