Mom says the burst of tangy lemon and real butter make these just like Granny Wackym's crispy Lemon cookies. We use fresh lemons to give a "straight off the tree" taste! We use real butter, pure cane sugar, cage-free eggs, unbleached/unbromated flour, and non-aluminum baking powder.
