  • Keep frozen. Directions for Heating: Microwave: Remove frozen soup in bowl from box. Remove plastic seal from bowl. Microwave on high for 4 minutes. Stir soup. Microwave on high for 1 to 2 more minutes. (Times vary according to microwave). Serve and enjoy! Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove frozen soup in bowl from box. Remove plastic seal from bowl. Place in oven on cookie sheet for 20-25 minutes. Serve and enjoy! Stovetop: Remove frozen soup in bowl from box. Run base of bowl under tap water similar to ice cube tray to ease release. Remove plastic seal from bowl. Hold bowl over saucepan and invert bowl. Use thumbs to press center of bowl, releasing soup into pan. Heat on medium flame, stirring frequently. Serve and enjoy!
