Description
Made from wild-caught black anchovy and sea salt, Red Boat fish sauce is barrel-aged using a centuries-old fermentation tradition. Plus, this specialty sauce is first press and 40N, which means that it has a high protein content (more fish = more flavor). Anchovies and sea salt are slowly fermented in carefully selected wooden barrels for a year in Vietnam. Founder Cuong Pham started Red Boat because he couldn't find a fish sauce that tasted like home in the U.S. Over a decade later, the brand is still family-owned and operated. Use fish sauce in sauces, marinades, dressings, soups, broths, stocks, fried rice and vegetables. Paleo, Whole 30 and Keto friendly. No preservatives or additives.
