Description

Premiere Napa Valley wines are the most unique wines made in Napa Valley. They are also some of the very best wines produced anywhere. Innovation is key and that is the hallmark of the Napa Valley wine community. But exactly how and why are these wines so different?
Linking history with Stags Leap Winery co-founder Horace Chase and his family motto, Sed Contra Audentior Ito, comes Audentia. The inimitable blend pays tribute to that motto - Always Push Harder - crafted from the estates most select Cabernet Sauvignon and Petite Sirah that push to produce the most expressive and distinct fruit. Winemaker Christophe Paubert drew on his curiosity to capture the essence of Stags Leap and all of its cherished nuances, hand-selecting only the finest lots and barrels for this unique blend. The marriage of Cabernet and Petite Sirah highlights the rich heritage of the property and natural lineage of the estate. Notable for its distinct combination of power and elegance, Cabernet Sauvignon has a longstanding history as the Stags Leap Districts signature variety. The combination of the two varieties results in a blend thats both powerful and concentrated, balanced and elegant.
This inimitable blend pays tribute to the motto, Always Push Harder, and is dedicated to Stags Leap Winery co-founder Horace Chase
