Browned in Soybean Oil.- Keep frozen. Heating: Directions are given from frozen. Some ovens vary, heating time and temperature may require adjustment Conventional Oven (recommended method): Pre-heat oven to 400'F/200'C (Gas mark 7-8). Place single layer of frozen cutlets on baking sheet. Heat for 10-15 minutes or until hot and crispy. Deep Fry: Pre-heat oil to 350 degrees F/175 degrees C. Fry for approximately 2-3 minutes. Microwave: For best quality we do not recommend heating in a microwave oven. Nevertheless, instructions are given if desired. Place frozen chicken cutlets on a microwave-able plate and heat uncovered on high. 2 minutes for one cutlet. 3-4 minutes for 2 cutlets. Do not overcook. Let stand a few minutes before serving.
