We strive for a balanced cup that is equally delicious black or with milk. In a coffee maker, you can brew for two using 44 grams of medium-fine ground coffee per 25 oz (740 ml) of water. Tip: On most home coffee makers, 25 oz measures to the 5 cup line on reservoir.
To make a pour over, try 23 grams of medium-fine ground coffee per 13 oz (384 ml) of water. For best results, we recommend using a burr grinder that allows you to adjust the grind size to taste.
