Close examination will reveal that our own Brew master, Mark Ruedrich, has taken his rightful place among them. A Belgian at heart! The Belgian Story: No place on earth equals Belgium for its serious approach to brewing. Its Lambic beers and Abbey Ales are treated with the same reverence accorded wine in other countries. Each is unique. This heritage comes from the flavors provided by the unusual yeast strains that prowl the countryside there.
