Our spanish-style red wine made to give a tip of the hat to both the spanish explorers who first crossed the texas high plains and to those who first envisioned a texas wine industry. This delicious blend is this delicious blend is 78% Tempranillo 8% grenache 7% Mourvedre 4% carignan and 3% syrah. It’s packed full of juicy bramble fruit tobacco leaf and spice. The varieties fermented separately in stainless steel blended and then aged fourteen months in both new and neutral french oak.
