    Minced Fish Blend (Whiting, Pollock, Mullet, Carp), Wheat Flour, Water, Vegetable Oil (Soybean and/or Canola Oil), Textured Soy Protein Concentrate, Enriched Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Contains Less than 2% of Following: Modified Corn Starch, Sugar, Salt, Leavening (Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate), Yeast, Soy Flour, Dextrose, Sodium Tripolyphosphate (to Retain Moisture), Onion Powder, Guar Gum, Spices, Garlic Powder, Natural Flavor.

    Allergens and safety warnings

    Contains: fish (whiting, pollock, mullet, carp), wheat, soy.
  • Cooking: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place frozen fish sticks in a single layer on a non-stick baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, turn pcs over, then bake an additional 4 to 6 minutes or until desired crispiness. Not recommended for microwave use. Storage: Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not re-freeze.
