About Jinka:
In 2015, L.J. Williams founded Jinka and developed the turmeric paste to help his wife Kim after she was diagnosed with prediabetes. L.J. started researching methods to reduce inflammation and 6 months after taking the homemade turmeric paste twice a day, Kim went to her checkup and was cleared of any diabetic issues.
From there, he began offering the paste to family and friends and began small-batch production to sell.
