Description

In a state-of-the art facility, Jackson-Triggs utilizes a three-tiered gravity-flow assisted system to maximize quality and minimize harmful pumping. The most advanced equipment has been selected to provide an unprecedented level of flexibility and control in the winemaking process. This Niagara Peninsula appellation wine exhibits great aromatic intensity, with notes of tropical fruit, honeysuckle, and caramel. The nose translates well into the palate with more honey notes, papaya, apricot and mango leading to a silky and luscious finish. Pairs well with spicy Thai spring rolls, pork tenderloin, goat’s cheese and aged parmesan.
