  • RECOMENDATION: Grandma's Home-style Chocolate Chip Cookies Prep Time: 15 minutes Bake Time: 13 minutes • 2 ¼ Cups All-Purpose Flour • 1 tsp Baking Soda • 1 ½ tsp Salt • 1 Cup Softened Butter • 1 ½ Cups Packed Brown Sugar • 1 ½ tsp Vanilla Extract • 2 Large Eggs • 2 Cups HCF Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. In a medium size bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt until combined. 3. In a separate bowl, use a stand mixer (or hand mixer) to beat butter, sugar and vanilla extract together until creamy. 4. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, until batter becomes slightly fluffy. 5. While mixer is on low speed, add flour mixture 1/2 cup at a time. Let flour get completely incorporated between each addition. 6. Once all flour is incorporated to form cookie dough, mix in chocolate chips. 7.
