    Ingredients

    Solution: Water, Salt, Sodium Phosphates.
  • Keep frozen. Cooking: Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Arrange frozen chicken breasts in a single layer on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake uncovered for 45-55 minutes or until internal temperature of the thickest part of chicken reaches 165 degrees F. In the Microwave: Arrange frozen chicken breasts in a single layer on a microwave-safe plate. Cover with a paper towel or waxed paper. Cook at High power for 14-17 minutes or until internal temperature of the thickest part of chicken reaches 165 degrees F. Due to variation in equipment, heating time and/or temperature may require adjustment. Do not refreeze. Keep refrigerated or frozen, thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot, refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Do not refreeze.
