• Our Lubbock Roll is rolled with spicy crab salad and hatch peppers and topped with sliced avocado, our new signature roasted hatch mayo, sushi sauce and tempura crunch. It's a great balance of heat, sweetness and crunch!
• Our Matador roll is rolled in soybean paper, tempura shrimp, spicy tuna, fresh cucumber and topped with our new signature roasted hatch mayo.
• Our Firecracker rolls is rolled with tempura shrimp, cream cheese, avocado and topped with spicy mayo, sriracha and sushi sauce.
