Keep Refrigerated- Tenderize each side of meat 2 times with a Jaccard Seasoning. Baste or marinate 12 to 24 hours in an acidic marinade in the refrigerator. Grill 4" above Medium heat (375 degree surface temperature is ideal). Cook 9-10 min/side to 135 degree internal temperature. Let stand for 5 minutes. Slice thinly across the grain.
