Safe Handling: This product was prepared from Inspected and Passed Meat and/or Poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these Safe Handling Instructions. Keep Refrigerated or Frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.- Grill: Heat charcoal for 40 minutes (until ash covered) or one side of gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Bank coals on one half of charcoal grill or reduce gas grill heat to low. Place ribs on cool side of the grill and close lid. Cook on indirect heat (375°F is ideal) for 20 – 30 minutes. Remove ribs at an internal temperature of 140°F for medium-rare or 150°F for medium doneness. Let ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving. Other Option: Pan broil ribs using no oil on medium-high heat for 5 – 9 minutes per side.
