Keep Refrigerated or Frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.- Grill: Heat charcoal for 30 minutes (until ash covered) or gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Set grill to medium heat (375°F is ideal). Place ribs on grill and cook for 30 – 45 minutes. For medium-rare or medium doneness, remove at an internal temperature of 140°F or 150°F. Let ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving. Other Option: Sear and braise ribs at 350°F for 2 – 3 hours.
