    Beef, Vegetable Kit (Dutch Yellow Potato, Carrots, Creole Style Vegetables (Yellow Onion, Green Onions, Celery, Green Bell Pepper, Garlic, Parsley), Burgundy Pepper Seasoning (Salt, Dextrose, Modified Corn Starch, Beef Flavor (Yeast Extract, Salt, Sunflower Oil), Burgundy Wine Flavor (Maltodextrin, Natural Flavor), Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Spices (Chili Peppers, Black Pepper, Coriander, Celery, Bay Leaves, Allspice), Yeast Extract, Caramel Color, Beef Broth Powder (Beef Broth, Flavor, Salt), Sunflower Oil (Processing Aid), Mustard Seed, Xanthan Gum, Citric Acid), Steak Seasoning (Salt, Spices, Garlic, Rice Flour, Paprika, Sugar, Onions, Calcium Stearate (Anticaking), Turmeric)).

  • Crockpot: Season short ribs with the small steak seasoning packet. Heat 1 Tbsp of oil in a large skillet for 2 minutes on medium-high heat. Sear all sides of short ribs for about 5 minutes. Remove meat from skillet and place into the crockpot. Using the same large skillet and remaining oil, sauté the diced vegetables for about 2 minutes. Place sautéed vegetables and the large seasoning packet into the crockpot and add ¼ cup of water. Cook in the crockpot on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours, or until the meat is falling off the bone and potatoes are tender. Serve with your favorite sides and garnish with pan gravy.

    Dutch Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Season short ribs with the small steak seasoning packet. Heat 1 Tbsp of oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat for 2 minutes. Sear all sides of the meat for about 5 minutes. Remove meat from Dutch oven and set aside. Using the same Dutch oven and remaining oil, sauté vegetables for about 2 minutes. Place meat back into Dutch oven with the sautéed vegetables. In a small bowl, mix the large seasoning packet with ½ cup water. Pour mixture into Dutch oven and cover with lid. Cook in the oven for 2-½ – 3 hours or until meat is falling off the bone and potatoes are tender. Check moisture level every hour and add ¼ cup water as needed. Serve with your favorite sides and garnish with pan gravy.
