Ingredients

Contains: TUNA, SESAME. Safe Handling: Keep refrigerated.- Grill:
Preheat closed gas grill to 450°F. Clean and oil grates thoroughly. Place tuna steak on grill over direct heat and cook for 4 minutes. Using tongs, flip tuna and cook for another 4 minutes. Remove tuna from heat and let rest for 1 - 2 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
Pan Sear:
Heat nonstick skillet over medium to high heat for 2 minutes. Add 1 Tbsp oil to skillet. Place tuna steak in skillet and cook for 2 - 3 minutes per side. Serve warm.
