Planks are flammable. Keep spray bottle handy to douse flame-ups. Planks will get hot when cooking. Always use tongs or mitts to remove from grill. Store unused planks in cool dry place.- How to Use:
1. Soak plank in water for at least 30 minutes.
2. Preheat grill to desired temperature (400°F is recommended for fish)
3. Place seasoned food onto wet plank. Put plank on grill.
4. Close grill lid and cook according to recipe, ensuring grill stays closed as much as possible.
5. Remove plank from grill and serve.
