  • Pan Sauté: Heat non-stick skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes, then add 1 Tbsp butter or oil to pan. Press cake into 1" thick disc then place in skillet. Cook 2 - 3 minutes, flipping occasionally until cake is golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from pan and place on paper towel to cook and drain before serving.

    Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray foil-lined baking sheet with oil. Press cakes into 1" thick discs and place on tray. Place tray in oven and bake 15 - 17 minutes or until internal cake temperature reaches 165°F. Remove tray from oven and serve.

    Air Fry: Set air fryer to 350°F. Air fry cakes for 9 minutes or until internal cake temperature reaches 165°F.
