Safe Handling: Perishable. Keep refrigerated.- Pan Sauté: Heat a nonstick or heavy skillet over medium to high heat for 2 minutes. Add 1 Tbsp oil to skillet and then place swordfish steak in skillet. Cook for 4 - 6 minutes per side for a 1-inch thick steak, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Baste with lemon rosemary butter dollop while cooking. Serve hot with residual butter sauce on top.
