Season pork chops as desired. Heat a large nonstick large skillet over medium-high heat for 1 – 2 minutes. Place pork chops in skillet and pan broil (no oil) for 2 – 3 minutes per side. Remove at internal temperature of 140°F for medium-rare or 150°F for medium doneness. Other Option: Pan fry (with oil) on medium-high heat for 2 – 3 minutes per side.
