Keep refrigerated.- Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F. Season tenderloin roast as desired and place on a rack in a shallow pan. Cook for 10 – 13 minutes per pound. Remove at an internal temperature of 140°F for medium-rare doneness or 150°F for medium doneness. Let roast rest for 10 minutes before cutting/serving. Other Option: Grill tenderloin roast at 375°F for 30 – 60 minutes, turning often.
