Ingredients
Beef Shoulder Roast, Potatoes, Carrots, Onion. Seasoning Packet Ingredients: Salt, Granulated and Chopped Onion, Beef Flavor (Yeast, Natural Flavor [Derived From Amino Acids]), Sugar, Granulated Garlic, Rice Flour, Tomato Powder, Spices, Ground Bell Peppers, Citric Acid.Allergens and safety warnings
Keep refrigerated.- Oven:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Shake 1 Tbsp flour inside an oven bag. Place bag in a 9" x 13" baking pan. Pour in 1-1/2 cups water and mix. Remove vegetables from bag and season with 1 Tbsp of seasoning from seasoning packet. Use remainder of seasoning to coat top and bottom of roast. Place seasoned roast and vegetables in the oven bag. Close bag with nylon tie about 1 inch from meat. Cut six 1/2 inch slits in top of bag. Tuck ends of bag in pan. Roast in center of oven 2 - 2 ½ hours until roast is fork tender and an internal temperature of 165°F.
